We act as your technical representative on site, visiting regularly throughout the construction or renovation process to verify that work is being carried out in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, building regulations and the agreed programme.
Progress reporting
You receive regular written updates — in English — covering work completed, work in progress, issues identified, and our assessment of quality and timeline. You stay informed and in control, even if you are not in Portugal.
Defect management
At practical completion we carry out a snagging inspection, documenting defects and ensuring the contractor addresses them before final payment is released. We protect your investment through to the very end of the project.
